He has given his personal touch to every aspect of business and is responsible for its stupendous growth in such a short time span. He is a team player and has ensured that each member of his team has grown alongside The Stone Factory. He is a go-getter and always goes the extra mile to find solutions for project execution. His key skill set includes multitasking, handling pressure, and ensuring smooth organization management. An avid golfer, Abhishek’s mantra for life and work is to "Work hard and Party harder!" Anuradha is a Computer Science Engineer and an MBA in International Business. Anuradha’s area of expertise is managing new clients. She has successfully built a strong client base across 40 plus countries. Although the natural stone industry is a male-dominated field, Anuradha has made a strong presence in the sector because of her professionalism and expertise. She has a keen eye for detail and a long-term vision. These strengths coupled with her skills like quick decision-making and risk-taking abilities have made The Stone Factory a leading name in the world of Indian natural stones in the global market.

Abhijeet is an architect-planner by qualification, a natural stones enthusiast by heart, and an entrepreneur by interest. Abhijeet has over two decades of experience in this sector. At The Stone Factory, he looks after projects that demand customized attention. He is passionate about a green environment and specializes in working with chemical-free, ethically sourced, handcrafted stones for exploring endless possibilities in landscaping. He collaborates with his clients on the design board to convert their dreams into reality, creating sustainable landscaping solutions that accentuate any space.

Varun became an indispensable member of The Stone Factory in 2017 and oversees the daily activities across functions, with a special focus on improving customer experience. He works as a vital link between clients and creative teams. Varun completed his undergraduate degree in Computer Science at the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology. He has years of experience in the design industry. Building businesses, creating brand awareness, boosting sales, and achieving marketing objectives are his areas of excellence. A self-confessed sports junkie, Varun is passionate about technology, analytics, personal development, and creative arts, and dreams of owning a log cabin in the Himalayas someday!

This team is responsible for managing all new leads. The team resolves client’s queries, sends quotations and supports them through the ordering process. Additionally, this team also takes care of all the queries of existing clients and ensures that they get timely responses.

This team has two verticals, each with a distinct function: Backend and Frontend Execution.
The Frontend or Field Team is the client-facing team. It interacts with the clients to understand their specific requirements. The Frontend team is also responsible for ensuring that the best quality material is selected based on the order. It communicates the needs of the clients to the Backend Team.
The Backend Team ensures that the order is executed as per the instructions of the clients. It is also responsible for the dispatch of the order ensuring a seamless transit for it from the factory to the port.
After the dispatch, the Frontend Team takes over again to make sure that the material is safely loaded in containers.

The Finishing Team works in collaboration with the shipping line, client, and the execution team. When the material is handed over in containers to the shipping line, the Finishing Team takes over. It is responsible for all documentation processes that include collecting relevant documents from the right agencies and providing them to the banks and clients.

The Accounts Team ensures seamless management of finances. It ensures that all channel partners of The Stone Factory receive their payments on time. They also help clients to make payments in different currencies to The Stone Factory. It is also responsible for ensuring that tax and all other RBI compliances are met.

The HR (Human Resources) Team is the backbone of The Stone Factory. It is responsible for hiring, training, and managing talent and professionals engaged for different departments. The team further manages aspects such as employee engagement, rewards and recognition, payroll management, employee grievances, and more to ensure that the employees are motivated and happy.

The IT Team ensures the seamless functioning of the IT infrastructure and systems 24x7 as we work across countries and time zones. It resolves IT-related issues with a quick response time so that there are no disruptions in the day-to-day functioning of all teams.
